Jeremy P.
Chief Executive Officer
I’m from a small town in Alabama called Camp Hill, near Lake Martin. I grew up as an only child with limited resources, which shaped my resilience and drive. My passion for sports earned me All-State honors in football and baseball, and I also competed in basketball. That background taught me discipline, leadership, and the value of hard work. Today, I channel that same energy into Mogul, building something meaningful and helping others find success.
Andy D.
Leadership
Originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, I pursued neuroscience at Northern Michigan and later earned a master’s in clinical psychology in California. Though I excelled academically, I craved something greater—something people-focused and impactful. That led me to Mogul, where I quickly found success and purpose. Within a month, I was promoted, and now I’m proud to lead one of our fastest-growing markets. Helping others thrive has become my true passion.

Leadership
I’m from Gadsden, Alabama, where I got my first job at 14 and developed a relentless work ethic. Sports became my foundation—golf taught me patience, baseball taught me resilience, and basketball taught me grit. I played college golf at Snead State and later double-majored in Criminal Justice and Communications at Jacksonville State. At Mogul, I’ve found a place where my energy and ambition are fully activated, and where I can help others grow, too.

Leadership
I grew up in Rosedale, Homewood—a close-knit community in Birmingham, Alabama. As an only child, I sought connection through sports, playing football and running track at Homewood High. I studied Mass Communications at Alabama A&M and taught myself photography and videography after college. I balanced creative work with day jobs until joining Mogul, where I was promoted in just two months. My dream is to open a production company that gives opportunities to overlooked talent.
